Ordering Information

We only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We do not take orders or payment from any international buyer or ship to any international location outside of the United States.

Process to Cancel an Order:

Order cancellations Are required to be based on a phone prior to shipping. We typically ship within 24 – 48 hours of the time an order is placed. If you need to cancel an order, you are required to call 1-800-830-5578 between 9am and 2pm PST within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will ship to the PayPal Verified Shipping Address registered on your account.

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

All credit card orders are reviewed by us. We may require additional documentation before your order can be processed and shipped. If the requested documentation is not provided LCRC MAY cancel the order at our discretion.

We require shipping and billing information to match on all credit card orders. Our website is verified secure, but if you prefer – you may call in your credit card orders at 800-830-5578.

The maximum allowed credit card transaction is $10,000. All orders with a total exceeding $10,000 must be paid for with a check or bank wire, see wire instructions located in your cart check-out page.


Order total must be $500 or more.

All e-check payments are held for 7 business days from when confirmation of payment from your bank is received.

Wire Transfer

Order total must be $1,000 or more.

Wire must be received by our bank same day as order. Any order not paid same business day is subject to cancelation due to market fluctuations. When wire is received same day as order product will ship following business day.

We DO NOT accept cash for any order as a form of payment.

Return Policy

Not all items are returnable. Due to market fluctuations bullion products in the form of bars or coins made from gold, silver, platinum or palladium are only able to be returned for an exchange of the same product, if available, if not we can agree on a similar product in stock.

None bullion products have an unconditional 7-day return policy and return will be subject to verification that the product returned is the product that was shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Bullion orders cannot be canceled at any time, make sure you are certain what you are buying when you place your order and complete the check-out process. Non-bullion items can be canceled by calling 800-830-5578.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is Domestic orders only

Orders forwarded or held at a location other than the address used to place the order will not be insured.

Shipping is $10 per order and all orders ship USPS either Priority or Registered depending on value. All orders are shipped to billing address unless otherwise worked out by calling us at 800-830-5578 and all orders are shipped signature required, no exceptions.
