LCR Coin selectively purchases certified rare coins and modern coins at our sole discretion.
While we source much of our NGC, CAC, and PCGS certified inventory from reputable dealers nationwide, LCR Coin may review submissions from individuals seeking to sell certified rare or modern coins, subject to current market conditions and inventory needs.
Submission of coins for review does not obligate LCR Coin to make an offer. We reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason. Buying activity may be limited, paused, or modified at any time.
Bullion Policy: LCR Coin does not purchase bullion products unless the bullion was originally sold by LCR Coin directly to the customer and can be verified in our system.
No Trade-Ins: We do not accept trade-ins. All purchases and sales are processed as separate and independent transactions.
Submission & Purchase Review Process:
Step 1 – Submit Your Coin List
Email info@lcrcoin.com or use our website submission form and include:
- Date
- Type
- Grade
- Certification service (NGC, PCGS, CAC)
- Certification number
- Quantity
If the coins meet our current purchasing criteria, LCR Coin may issue a non-binding Preliminary Offer based solely on the information provided.
Preliminary Offers:
- Are estimates only
- Are non-binding
- Do not lock in pricing
Pricing cannot be finalized until coins are received and inspected. For eligible bullion originally sold by LCR Coin, purchase pricing will be determined at the time the inventory is received and verified and will be based on prevailing wholesale market conditions, including but not limited to metals market pricing at that time.
Step 2 – Ship Your Coins
If you choose to proceed, coins may be shipped to LCR Coin for inspection.
- Ship via USPS or FedEx
- Insurance required
- Signature confirmation required
Seller is responsible for shipping and insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Risk of loss remains with the seller until the shipment is received and signed for by LCR Coin.
Step 3 – Inspection & Final Buy Offer
Upon receipt, coins will be inspected to confirm:
- Authenticity
- Grade and condition
- Certification details
- Quantity
- Accuracy of submission
Following inspection, LCR Coin may issue a Final Buy Offer based on wholesale market conditions at the time of receipt and inspection results. The Final Buy Offer may be accepted or rejected by either party. If accepted, payment will be issued by check, bank wire, or store credit within 1–2 business days. If rejected or if no agreement is reached, coins will be returned to the seller.
Pricing Terms
All purchase prices are determined at the time inventory is received and inspected.
Pricing is based on prevailing wholesale market conditions at the time of receipt, including applicable metals market pricing where relevant. Purchase prices may vary depending on market conditions, liquidity, and LCR Coin’s inventory needs on the date of receipt.
